Virelontrixal S.A.S., CUIT 30-71834562-9, registered with the General Inspectorate of Justice under No. 12,345, Book 4 of S.A.S., with registered offices at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, Office 802, C1043AAZ, CABA, Argentina.
2. Purpose of the Site
The purpose of the Site is to present institutional information about Virelontrixal, its activities in the real estate crowdlending segment and to offer a subscription channel to receive communications. The Site does not constitute a public offer for investment nor personalized financial advice.

The information published on the Site is of a general and merely informational nature. Investment decisions must be made after personal analysis and, where appropriate, professional advice. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
4. Applicable regulation
Real estate crowdlending activities in Argentina may be subject to the regulation of the National Securities Commission (CNV) on Crowdfunding Platforms. Virelontrixal operates under CNV Reg. No. 22/2024.

All the contents of the Site (texts, logos, images, design, source code) are property of Virelontrixal or its licensors and are protected by Argentine copyright and intellectual property law.

You agree to use the Site in accordance with the law, good faith and these Terms. Any use that may damage the Site, its security or the rights of Virelontrixal and third parties is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
Virelontrixal endeavors to keep the information on the Site up to date but does not guarantee the absence of errors or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by Argentine law, we will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of opportunities arising from the use of the Site.

Virelontrixal may modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will be effective upon their publication on the Site.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary competent courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
